Changes occur in the insurance industry almost daily. When
they do, Guardian's in-house training support department communicates those changes
to employees throughout the country as quickly as possible. When department leaders
wanted to develop communication mechanisms in all three learning styles - visual,
auditory and kinesthetic - they came to SpeakEasy for assistance. SpeakEasy
developed a print and electronic newsletter, a "Library Online" intranet, a
Web-based Resource Directory, CD-ROM/audio training packages and printed reference
guides. The materials presented a cohesive image and catapulted the training
department to the forefront of company news.
