When the Director of Kutztown University's Small Business
Development Center wanted to condense the office's 27 different brochures into
a more cohesive package of services, he contacted SpeakEasy. We reviewed and
organized all material and developed a corporate brochure with 12 inserts. To
extend the reach of the new "look", we provided graphics for the Center's Web
site and developed recruitment displays, training presentations and a seminar
newsletter. Within a year, the Center's number of clients quadrupled. The
Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education recognized Kutztown University's
SBDC as a "best practices model" for other centers throughout the Commonwealth.
