When Taylor Air Center needed a new corporate identity,
company officials turned to SpeakEasy. We conducted research with customers,
employees and company leaders, designed a new logo and tagline, and implemented
an integrated marketing communications program that included business cards,
letterhead, sales literature, a four-color quarterly newsletter and an
interactive Web site. The jewel - which won an Award of Distinction in The 2002
Communicator Awards - was a dimensional direct mail package that helped transform
Taylor's image from that of a distributor to the source for answers in the
compressed air industry. Within a year, Taylor's market share soared from 31 to
40 percent.
